Upgrading from SketchUp 8 Pro

Hello, I was trying to upgrade to 2017 Pro from 2008 Pro. Is this possible? The shopping cart only allows for a “Enroll/Reinstate Maintenance & Support, out of support 1+ years, Single User”. Is this only a 1 year access to Sketchup Pro 2017? or a perpetual access with a 1 year support?

FYI, It was SketchUp 8 Pro, (released between 2010…2012.)
The yearly version product names (and yearly releases,) did not begin until v 2013.
