Thank you for the model. I see this is a very complicated assembly. The first issue is that when I load the settings for this element in the Profile Builder dialog, the profile (width, height, rotation) does not match.
It appears you created this object incorrectly. Quantifier Pro will report Profile Builder elements (Profile Members) based on the width, height, and path length of the object.
Using a Profile Member as a Component part in an Assembly can be tricky. First, build the Profile Member using the Build tool using the correct settings and orientation. Next, convert it to a component. Lastly, right-click and change the axes of the component so that it the red axis points ‘forward’ and the blue axis points ‘up’. This will make it easier to use this component in your assembly.
If you set things up correctly, Quantifier Pro should report the quantities of the profile members accurately.
