Hi, I have Sketchup 2020 installed, which has expired. Yesterday I obtained Sketchup Studio license as a teacher. However, after receiving confirmation from Trimble, only the previous version remains in operation. How can I update, please? Thank you.
You would have to download the SketchUp 2025 installer and run it to install SketchUp and LayOut. Get the installer from SketchUp.com. make sure you install it correctly. If you are still using Windows that means right click on the installer and select Run as administrator.
Please update your forum profile. It says you are using SketchUp 2019.
Download and install 2025, then sign in.
