unhidding hidden surface
Go to Edit/Unhide all.
Or go to View/Hidden geometry then look for the hidden geometry Select it and right click Unhide.

Hi, guys. How unhide surfaces on Sketchup web?
On the right side toolbar you’ll see an icon with glasses. Click that and tick hidden objects and/or hidden geometry. This will allow you to see the hidden things, right click on them and unhide.
