hello, i am new in the sketchUp and im having some trouble to login. I had already updated the browser and it continues to say “unexpected error”. What do i have to to?
What version of SketchUp are you actually using? SketchUp for Schools is a web-based version for school children. It is not 2026 Desktop.
Show us the a screen shot of the message? Does it occur when you are trying to open a SketchUp file? If so, reinstalling SketchUp will not fix it. The file is likely corrupted. You could share the file in a reply here so we could take a look and see what is going on. Without that file and your ambiguous forum profile there’s really nothing we can do to help you.
