Unable to start SketchUp Pro 7-day free trial

Hi everyone,

I decided to start the 7-day free trial of SketchUp Pro, but whenever I click “Start free trial,” I get an error.

Has anyone encountered this, or does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Same error for me. Never tried the trial before. In the network logs I see this error

when accessing /business-systems/dx-trials/v1/trial/eligibility/BN-SB-SKP-PRO-EC-TR

Message on screen is the same:
An error occured

There was an issue creating your trial. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

working again now. Must have been an issue server side

I tried one more time today, and it worked!

yes, I’ve seen reports of people elsewhere having the same problem.
nothing on the official status page, so it wasn’t a major outage, maybe just a local server issue ?

glad it works. now go and model stuff :slight_smile:

and if you’re bold enough, come back and show us what you did in the SketchUp > Gallery , no matter how bad it might look to you, we all started somewhere :wink:
