Unable to Sign in to Sketchup for Schools using Microsoft Account

Hi Support,

We are still having issues signing in to Sketchup for schools - https://edu.sketchup.com/app?auth=msft

Our domains have both been Whitelisted - @ntschools.net and @education.nt.gov.au

We are using Microsoft Azure AD and have grant Admin consent. Reached out to Microsoft support and advised to check with Sketchup support on why the token issued by Azure AD is being rejected by Sketchup.

Has the domain admin for your Microsoft account accepted the terms of use for your domain yet? Before you can launch SketchUp for Schools someone with domain level privileges will need to accept the terms and deploy the app from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/sketchup-for-schools/9mx4rqj55nsz?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
