Unable to open existing file

Please help. I emailed SketchUp help but haven’t received
anything in a six days.


Sign out and then sign back in. You might need to go to your connect.trimble.com account to do that.

In SketchUp, save the current file, then sign out via [menu] Help > signout(emailaddress)

Then, quit SketchUp.

[menu] SketchUp > Quit

Restart SketchUp via de Application folder
