Unable to access context menu in Tablet in web app

Hi,
I have tried three different browsers and I’m unable to access context menu.
I have tried tapping, long hold, which only starts square select.

I’m on Android, using Xiaomi Pad 6.
I have tried finger touch and smart pen, still unable to get the context menu.
