There are hundreds of plugins/extensions. Which ones do you need tutorials for?

It does, it depends on what you want to do with the software, what kind of models, there are plug-ins that can do something that sketchup can’t do it natively, like rendering, other plug-ins just make the workflow more efficient, like profile builder, you can do anything that profile builder does but it would take you a lot longer to do it with native tools.
You should learn first the basics of the software, get to know all the native tools before using plug-ins.
By the way your studio subscription includes a V-Ray license, it is a plugin for sketchup that can make photorealistic renders.

As was mentioned in the first reply, go to learn.sketchup.com and take the Fundamentals course, then proceed to the class that is most inline with your intended use of SketchUp. There are no “plugin tutorial drawings” but the Fundamental course does have training files that can be downloaded before starting.
