I am currently using two different Sketchup 2017 Pros, one in mac and other in windows.
While I have no issue with finding tray option in Windows (which is under window > hide/show tray), I could not find such option in Mac.
Could any of you assist me with this issue?

Simple. It doesn’t exist. You can do what I do on the Mac (which is the same as what I used to do on the PC) and stack the windows together. Then set the Main window slightly narrower than the screen and put the windows outside to the right of the main window.
