Hello.
Trying to login into Sketchup Web, using trimbleId. When trying to Sign up it says, that email IS already linked with an trimble ID. When trying to remind password it says, that (same) email is NOT linked with an trimble ID. When tryiing to sign in, using “Sign in with google” button, it says “An Error Occurred During Authentication - Received invalid JWT”
When trying to contact trimble support, it requires to select an product from huge dropdown list with few hundreds of randomly named products, none of whitch looks like “SketchUp”.
I hope, that someone from SketchUp team will take it into account.
Also, there is some probability, that Trimble is Transforming the way the world works. The wrong way.
