HI, im having this problem since today, its means”We are experiencing technical difficulties. An internal rights management service error has occurred.” Does anyone know why? I can’t open SketchUp. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, logged out multiple times, and it’s still the same. thank you
@amparonitai Apologies, Trimble entitlements systems had an outage earlier today. This has been resolved since 45 mins ago so I hope you have access now?

We are currently discussing internally on improving communication on status.sketchup.com also for these upstream incidents as for various reasons we didn’t catch that this morning.

We’ve found out since then that there is a big outage with MS Azure, which some of our services depend on. We are supposed to be getting an update on the situation in 30 minutes from now.
Multiple cloud service providers are reporting widespread outages that could impact Trimble products and services, including Trimble sign-in. Our teams are actively working with our partners to mitigate any possible impact on service. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
