On a Mac, Layout does not have a custom location for Styles. See image…
Someone asked me recently what I want to see added to Layout. I said out loud…“Go on the forums and read all the feedback, that’s a good place to start.”. This person said, that’s a copout, Be specific.
So Sketchup Staff & Trimble (especially you, Trimble): Here’s my real short list.

Add Outliner to the Sketchup Panel in Layout.

Text Handling - One Panel or Floating Toolbar (Mac) for ALL text-related formatting: Leaders, Text Boxes and Dims included. Currently have to use 4? locations to make adjustments to one word (color panel, Text drop down, Dims floating panel, and right click context menu/font/font panel.

Dynamic Table of Contents features that linked via auto-text to the Page list. Auto-text should reference position in the list. If I want a table of contents that shows Pages 3-9 then pages 13-24, I can write auto-text in a Table of Contents to call the page titles in those positions.
A simple list. Maybe someone is listening.
