How is it possible to create this staircase with the the curved part?
Manually, using Line to stitching and creating faces, or using an extension.

As @mihai.s said. First draw the plan, push-pull the treads to correct height and use “stitching” to create the bottom surface. Erase what isn’t needed.
And after you learn to create it with native tools, you can move on to using an extension.
