Sorry, timezone related delay in replying, but it seems that Box has helped you out further. I wasn’t referring to the plugin folder, because 3Dxware installs natively in \User\AppData\Roaming and \Local. When you run a 3DxWare update it will be those folders that get updated rather than in ProgramData. But at least it seems you are up and running again.
Hi Colin, good to hear from you. The updates have improved the performance and I haven’t noticed much evidence of focus wandering, that we discussed before. I’m testing the latest update intensively with it at the moment, and while it goes off on a tangent very occasionally, it is certainly better than it was.
