Softening edges

I cannot open dialogue box for setting degrees of softening effect of edges

I try to soft the edges of the rectangle. In SU8. Is it only some bug of the SU8 version or am I doing something wrong? I remember I have set softening on maximum, and then I cannot open the dialogue box again to dis-crease the value.

Most certainly this.

SU8 is a long time ago so my memory might be fuzzy but look in the Window menu for Soften/Smooth.

Why when I use softening of edges some edges stay hard edges?
