Good Afternoon

I’ve attached a file with some basic shapes on, and I am puzzled by the behavior.

The one in the middle is the one I need.

The problem actually started in another file, the one I am working on.

The rectangle should have a slight Arc on the rear.

I can not for the life of me figure out why the middle one is doing that. It does not appear to be attaching the skin to one of the edges.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, so I think I may have solved it.

After more experimenting, I think it’s down to edge/face size.

I used the “Dave” method, scaled by 10 on a component, and it seems to be ok.
