Запускал от имени администратора не помогает,
выходит ошибка “An error occurred while downloading a required file. You may retry dowloading the file or candel setup”
и пишет типа делайте retry пробовал разные версии некакие не работают, думаю может нехватает каких-то драйверов или еще чего винда 7 х32, почти с 0 чистая

Newer SketchUp versions only work with 64 bit.
The last version to support 32bit was v2016.
It’s no longer supported and cannot be downloaded from official sites.
Perhaps it’s time to update your OS ?
