SketchUp Web (Free) isn't working for non gmail Google Accounts

Hi

We give our students google accounts by syncing with Active Directory. These accounts will let the students log in to Sketch Up, but it sticks on the loading screen. On the same computer/environment, if I use my personal google account, it loads fine. Any ideas whats blocking this?

Are you a K-12 educator at a school with G Suite for Education? If so, SketchUp for Schools may be a better fit for your needs. If you have trouble accessing SketchUp for Schools, send me your K-12 school/district domain and I can add you to the whitelist.
