SketchUp + VRay .vismat problem

Hello everyone,

I am recently experiencing a strange bug for which I can’t find any solutions around the net.
Whenever I import a .vismat file into my model it creates a Vray material in Vray asset editor, however there is no corresponding SketchUp material and therefore it cannot be applied to anything.

Moreover I had to downgrade from Vray 3.6.02 to Vray. 3.6.01 due to the error with built-in library, because then it didn’t even import the basic Vray materials coming with the plugin nor accept the ones I created within the file.

Does any1 get the same error, is it common? What might be causing the issue?

Maybe this is the same problem https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/v-ray-for-sketchup-forums/v-ray-for-sketchup-public/987548-materials-which-have-moved-into-the-material-list-are-not-seen-in-sketchup
