Sketchup Unable to Connect

Hi there,

I tried so many times to sign into the SketchUp but its telling me that I am not connected to the internet. My internet is working fine but I’m not sure why this is. My default browser is Chrome.

It tells me “Unable to connect. Please Check your internet connections”. See two images below.

Has anyone come across similar issues and resolved it or is there anyone from sketchup team can assist me with this situation?

Likely, an ad blocker or anti-virus software is the cause of the connection issue.

SketchUp tries to visit a website to check if the internet works - that website is bing.com

If it can’t load it then it thinks you have no connection.

This was the issue and it was resolved as soon as bing.com was unblocked.
