Is there someone out there that can help me? I am logged into my Trimble account, but when I open the Sketchup App (the online version), it says that I am offline (which obviously, I am not). I tried a YouTube video and followed all of the steps, but that didn’t work. I’ve tried logging off and on, clearing my cache, etc… I’m in the middle of 3 projects, and really need this to work! Any suggestions or assistance from someone who can help me? Thanks in advance!
The one thing I haven’t tried is to reload the software… perhaps someone can walk me through how to do that if you think that is the answer.
