SketchUp Pro won't start

I use auto pay to subscribe to SketchUp Pro and am up to date; however, when I try to use SketchUp I get the message that I have exceeded my allocated usage. What is wrong?

Thanks bmike. The link you posted doesn’t work. SketchUp is spelled wrong; “Skethcup”.

It works for me. Takes me to all sort of relevant stuff…

Just Google it yourself and you’ll get results here, videos, etc.
