When download update new version of Sketchup Pro for Windows 64bit it stops the download at 22% and goes no further. Windows 10 Pro 64bit OS is up to date and graphics drivers up to date.
If I assume correctly, the download takes place in a web browser (SketchUp executable or installer have not yet been executed; no graphics driver involved).
So it must be related with internet connectivity, the download servers, your location or the web browser. Have you tried a different web browser or a dedicated “download manager” (if that is not built into your browser)?
