Is there something going on with the website? It’s been 5 hours and I cannot get my SketchUp shop to load!!! When I click on the SU icon in my bookmarks, the logo just pulses and won’t open the app. HELP!!! I need to get to my files!!! Thank you.
Try clearing the caches and then see if Shop opens.
Hey Carolyn: Dave’s suggestion is the right place to start. We aren’t seeing a widespread issue/outage. You could also try loading the app (app.sketchup.com) in a different web browser.
And as an FYI, the files you save in SketchUp are always available (with a back-up record your version history) at Trimble Connect (connect.trimble.com).
