Sketchup Go Print scale does not show

When I open the print window on Sketchup for the web I do not see a scale option. It suddenly disappeared after I had been using it for hours… Is this a bug?

It’s not missing for me. I doubt it’s a bug with SketchUp Go.

I’ve tried revoking and reassigning my plan subscription to both my current email and another email, but nothing works

That’s pretty drastic. Like replacing you car because it’s out of gas.
