In case of, if I use Sketchup Free for WEB with my private account for private (hobbist) usage but on company network, with company device.
Is thit allowed from licencing point of view?
You should ask your company’s lawyer about this. (Or another lawyer).

Here’s mine:
The “TRIMBLE SKETCHUP WEB TERMS OF SERVICE” includes this:
“Customer may only use a Free Offering in a non-production environment for non-commercial purposes.”
(You can check the content above at https://app.sketchup.com/ bottom left corner “About” >> “Terms of Service” tab)
Since you are in a production environment, you cannot use the Free Offering.
