SketchUp for Schools with 365 SSO

Hi, We are unable to sign in to SketchUp from the Microsoft Store. There was an issue with looking up your account.

From a quick search it seems like this is an issue when SSO with 365 is used. I Have tried an account that is not enabled for SSO as a test and can gain access. This isn’t and option for our trust though.

Could you please advise how we best resolve this.
