I’m still getting a 502 bad gateway -nginx when connecting to edu.sketchup.com from my end.
Could this be a profile conflict? As we should be education.

Hi @cj902549, I am in the meeting with Tori as I type this out and she is asking me if you are using a firewall or not as that could cause the issue you are seeing.
Are you using a firewall and if so is it properly configured to allow SketchUp for Schools?
