Does anyone have an inside line on how to get registered to use the free product for educational institutions?
Looks like the only method they have is to post a request in their forums, but they haven’t been responding to those requests for over 3 weeks. There are multiple requests with no responses.

I tried pinging a Team Member, but that didn’t get us anywhere either.
Any other options? Our students were looking forward to using this application.
