I’ve just upgraded from 2025 to 2026. I used the migration assistant which found everything except V-ray. I had to log off of V-ray in my SU 2025. V-ray was telling me my license wasn’t there. When I logged out of Chaos and logged back in, the license problem was solved, but 2026 still didn’t find my V-Ray.
Any ideas?
Vray for SketchUp is one of those things that doesn’t migrate simply by copying it. There’s a bunch of other files not saved in the Plugins folder that need to be dealt with. Go to the Vray site and download the latest version of Vray for SketchUp. Then install it correctly. It should ask you what version of SketchUp you are installing it for and will include 2026 as an option. Select that.
Make sure you’ve quit all versions of SketchUp that might be running before you install Vray..

time for a manual reinstall of vray, it can’t simply be migrated
