Sketchup 2025 (educators) and Diffusion

Hi,

I’m an educator (FIT in New York) and a longtime user of Sketchup. I want to use the new Diffusion extension, but it doesn’t load into my SU 2025 app. Is Diffusion available under the educator pricing? If so, do I need to upgrade to SU Pro? Can I do that as an educator?

The render capability will be of great use in my talks, etc. If I can get Diffusion it will save wading through the other AI rendering apps.

Diffusion is available for subscription holders but not for the regular EDU one year license.

Keep in mind that Diffusion is not intended to be a renderer.

Please complete and update your forum profile. Surely you aren’t still using Mac OSX 10.9.5.

There are SketchUp subscriptions for Educators and Students, these are available separately to the lab licenses I assume you are using.
