So… the issue with 2024 has carried thru into 2025. I have been using 2025 for a day and it has crashed twice on exporting dwgs and exported an almost empty dwg once. Not looking good. Would really like this issue fixed. I do not like re-doing work due to crashes.
I exported as dwg yesterday and it worked. so, could it be related to your machine, your install, or your file ?
did you purge before exporting ?
could your provide a file that crashes ?
does it crash when you export 2d dwg and 3d dwg ? does it crash in dxf ?

Its actually much worse. All my DWGs in my drawing have unresolved status when I reopen my main DWG. Guess I need to go back to 2023? These are customer projects so no I can share. It is every single one, so it is not specific with any one project.
Would it be possible to even show the settings you use when exporting? Are you exporting to a newer DWG format than what your AutoCad is supporting? Does clicking on the icon beside the “Unresolved” text in AutoCad give any additional information? Have you sent in the bugsplat reports from your crashes? Can the “Unresolved” files be opened separately? Are they kept in the same place as originally?

asking again because 2d and 3d are different exporters (I think?) and one working while the other not working would help move forward.
so if you start a new file, draw some stuff, like the room you’re in, will it crash as well ? if so can you share that file ?
I don’t export 3d only 2d. I have switched it to ACAD 2018 and it has been behaving today so far knock on wood. I will try to do the 2nd part the next time it crashes. Lets see if this 2018 thing fixes it.

Not sure where to do that. My email address is there in my profile. Also, Sketchup is creating corrupt DWGs. I just had to open and close 4 DWGs. Starting to feel like the NLS warning thing all over again. Also, none of the export settings actually save and the purge warning that pops up on close never goes away even if I click the checkbox.
