I can’t use sketchup pro because I when I start the program and select the template, then the attached window shows up for a very short time. Since I can’t sign it/approve it

This is the Scan Essentials license agreement and it is buggy.
Try removing scan essentials first - getting SketchUp up and running and then reinstalling Scan Essentials if it is required.
Do you have a SketchUp Studio subscription? Your profile says Pro
We had another report of the problem, and for that person they got past the issue by quickly clicking on where the terms and conditions were appearing.
i had the same issue, the only thing that resolved was turn off my wifi adapter, open Sketchup, and then ir let me authorize.
