Sketch up Viewer - Cannot access cloud base sketch files

I hope someone can help, I’m trying to open sketchup files in the mobile viewer but every time I click on the cloud icon and access either icloud or Google drive the Sketchup files the download icon is greyed out.
I using an IPAD pro running IOS 12 and Sketchup viewer V5
