Some students are able to sign in, some experience the spinning sketch up logo and won’t load the page, our domain is Hazlegrove.net if it can be added please.
Hi @fhoskins, thanks for the post. If some students are able to sign in and others are not that indicates that the issue is most likely a account level issue and not a firewall issue. While I am happy to work with you to add your domain to the database, I am fairly certain that it won’t solve the issue for them.
I would recommend checking the account level settings regarding cookies and popups to make sure that they are enabled for our site as a first step. If that does not work and you are willing to grab some screenshots of the developer mode console as the error happens, that would help me to track down the exact cause.
Anyway, let me know if the cookies and popups setting is enabled on an account level and if that does not fix it, send me some developer mode screenshots so we can start tracking down the issue.
