We wanted to share a plugin we’ve been tinkering away with for a little while, and we’d love to get your thoughts on it.
It’s called Runchat, and we built it to supercharge creative workflows. Notably it enables you to quickly make animations of your SketchUp models.
What it does This plugin makes it super easy to do some heavy lifting directly inside SketchUp:

Render Screenshots: Go from draft geometry to high-quality visuals without leaving the viewport.

Generate 3D Assets: Create specific assets (plants, rocks, furniture) on the fly. This solves the annoying loop of searching websites, downloading files, and manually importing them just to populate a scene. It’s one click to import textured 3d models into your scene.

Produce Diagrams: Quickly style your model for presentations.

Create Animations: Generate video compositions of your projects effortlessly.
