Hi all! New here, and relatively new to SketchUp. Can anyone confirm for me if accurate shadow studies can be conducted through SketchUp Pro? I need to produce relatively accurate shadow studies for a building upgrade in northern Italy, and I want to make sure I can geolocate the project before purchasing the Pro license. I’ve had trouble confirming this via research and haven’t been able to get in touch with a rep. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Accurate shadow studies can be made. Of course they are only as accurate as your geo-location of the model and time zone offset settings are.

Yes, I have had very good experiences with shadow studies and later cross checking with post construction photos. Good luck.
