When using select tool. It wont allow me to triple click a new component and highlight all sides. just 1. My computer did a update. after that. it wont work. plus a large delay now while working.

This kind of thing has been reported a few times recently. For others, it’s been a problem with a Windows update. Uninstall the update and it apparently works fine. See:
