Screenshots-how do I do one?

so I made a model in sketch up, but yet I can not take a screen shot. I was able to do it before I got the updated version of the program. I need help by next week.

Are you sure its a screenshot you are after or a 2D export? (File-Export-2D Graphic)

To take a screenshot you use a separate program to capture an image of whatever is on your computer screen. The screenshot could capture your entire screen or just a part of it. An export is a 2D image generated by sketchup of whatever is in the viewport.
