Ruby debugger SketchUp 2022, Monterey, Apple Silicon

Has anyone successfully tried the new Ruby debugger on macos Monterey with Apple silicon?

I did not manage to get it to work as you can see in this github issue. I tried both SU2021 and SU2022.
