I was trying to convert a 3D model into a Proxy using Vray Sketchup. I keep getting a window that says " check ruby console for debug output"…
I can’t find what they mention in Sketchup or Vray. Not sure it Ruby is a Sketchup Plugin to remove bugs.
The Ruby Console is found under Extensions>Developer. Open that and then do whatever it was you were doing when you got the message.

I got a similar problem. I want to launch the V-ray vision window but I keep seeing a window saying : “Something went wrong while trying to start V-ray vision. Check the ruby console for more info”
What am I supposed to do now ?
I was doing an animation and it stoped in the middle so I need to redo it quickly !

I am having same problem also. Did you find any solution after that? I am old fashioned. I am using skp15 with vray 2.0…everything was fine after a crash my previous files which i rendered in past also having same problems. I also tried reinstall skp and vray still same.
