Problem with Export to Proxy, Check Ruby console for Debug output

Hi, I have problem when I want to export proxy component. the ending I get notification
“Failed to export Proxy. Check the Ruby console for Debug output.”
Please explain to solves the problem. Thanks you

Open sketchup menu Windows->Ruby Console then try the operation again and share what you see in the console .

Actually, I have the same symptoms.
When I do proxy exporting with vray, it fails.
I am attaching the corresponding ruby console contents.
