Rotation about a relative pivot point

hello guys
I want to rotate my shelf component with symmetrical modules so I continue my learning and I encounter difficulties in rotations, so I started with a test just on curves

i can’t rotate part of a circle, i would like my blue circle to rotate 45 deg around its relative pivot point which i moved, but it still rotates around the absolute center origin of the graph maybe I don’t know how to use the ‘transform’ node well but I don’t understand why?

I also want to make a suggestion, I think it would be good if there was in the ‘copy’ node an attribute that gives the possibility to change the relative pivot by giving its coordinates or through a vector.

so if you can explain to me how I can offset the portion of blue circle and that it can rotate around its own axis
I thank you in advance for your help
my video which shows what i want to do and my problem
the link of my graph

You can set a pivot on the transform node. Connect/set a vector to the pivot input, and ensure “center pivot” is turned off (otherwise it will use the center pivot).
