I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any plugin that can modeling roof tiles to a circular roof?

Flowify would work, but it’d also distort the tiles a bit. It helps to draw 1/4 of the roof, then make a radial array. To use Flowify, make a group containing 3 groups. A rectangle group, a group with 2 guide lines, and a curved surface (needs to be quads) group. Select the guide group & impose grid, then select the roof and the guide group & use flowify.

Nice thread! I’d definitely give Flowify a shot—it’s the go-to for applying flat patterns like roof tiles to curved surfaces. As Forestr mentions, drawing one-quarter of the roof, then using Flowify with a group setup (rectangle, guide lines, curved surface) works well—even if it introduces slight distortion.
Another neat trick: model one tile, then use a radial array to duplicate it around your circle before smoothing things out. That avoids having to warp each tile manually.
Anyone tried combining Flowify with the radial array method to reduce distortion while keeping the pattern natural? Curious if it’s more efficient or smoother that way.
