Restricting the sizes of the panel in dynamic component

hi.,

How to restrict the size a panel in width and height at any point of the time (vertically (w-1200 mm &ht -2400 mm) and horizontally (w-2400mm & h- 1200mm)), does not exceeds the standard size (1200 mm x 2400mm) using the largest and smallest function in the dynamic component. Normally, we can restrict on one axis of the component.

Any advice please.

limit width to 240cm, then use an if condition on height to check the width, if over 120cm, then height is not greater than 120cm
