Hi folks
I’m bumping this topic because it seems to remain unsolved, yet very much in demand!
I am trying to build a robust workflow around this, and the outputs are used for urban development projects (errors caused by uncertainty would be very, very bad)
Hopefully someone will have some further ideas - using Generate Report really would be the best way, since we use it to report Components/Groups and other attributes

Some area reporter Extensions rely on adding labels, which is not practical if you have a lot of small areas/faces in the model and they change around regularly. Text Labels in SU and LO 2025 are very problematic, generally.

The FredoTools Area reporter is a bit of struggle - took me a long time to get it installed and working properly…plus I dont want/need the 22 other tools). Some of the csv data outputs don’t work reliably (in some cases it has added apostrophes before numerical entries, turning them into text).

The Wisext Tools “Find and Report” extension works - but again it’s a very difficult interface and the output isn’t exactly user-friendly - I need to produce a second Excel table with formulae and functions that can format and make sense of the data.
Wisext Find and Report (looks like it was made in Windows 3.1!)
FredoTools is far more modern…windows 98!
