I use Sketchup Go and all my projects have dissapeared. They are not in the trimble connect tab either. Ive done a test model and saved it, and it shows up in both the recent files and the Trimble Connect tab. I last used one of the files in January 2026. Ive emailed Trimble Support but i don tknow how long they take to get back to queries.
Have you checked if you are under the correct area?
Projects can be under Europe, Asia, etc…
I have. I have also spoken to a technician from the reseller, for quite some time and he couldnt help. He suggested it was under a different email, but i only have one account which i was in. He also told me to click all servers, which i did. He then said i must have deleted them, but he also told me it is quite difficult to delete files, and i had 4 or 5 projects there, and if one was missing i could believe i had done it, but all are missing…
