Currently trying to download SketchUp Make, after being directed to
http://dl.trimble.com/sketchup/SketchUpMake-en-x64.exe
and receiving the following error: No Data Received ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Something “must” be wrong on your connection… I just clicked on your link and downloaded the SketchUp Make 2016-64-bit Installer without any kind of problem message except the message asking if I wanted to run the file. I already run the Pro version of the program. I don’t know what else to tell you. 
@staccs, few customers using Untangle antivirus (AV) have seen such failures. If you are using Untangle or any other AV, add an exception for *.Sketchup.com and *.Trimble.com and allow download of .exe and try again. Let us know if this works.
